email address and password on the lines below.  Make sure to keep the

Comments are accepted at any time.

If you have not yet registered, you may do so either of two ways:

1.  Go to "http://www.irtc.org/register.html",
the registration WWW page, and follow the instructions.

2.  Send an email message to "irtc-vreg@irtc.org" containing a
single line in the following format:

   your_email_address  your_password

Your email address should be of the form "username@address".  Your password
is any string you choose.  Neither the address nor the password may contain
spaces.  Separate the address from the password by at least one space.


                                  ANIMATIONS
                                  ----------
The animations, description files, and source files may be retrieved via ftp from
"ftp://ftp.irtc.org/pub/anims/1998-10-15".

We encourage you to add comments to the animations below, giving your opinions on
the animations, what you liked, what you didn't like, and so forth.  Place your
comments between the lines with the ">>>>> Comments on ..." and ">>>>> End
Comments on ..." markers.  You may enter as many lines as you like.  NOTE:
your comments will be signed with your voter email address.
