DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

Background: Sunset - created using Polyray v1.8
  files included: bk01.inc, bk01.tex, bk01s.inc, bk01g.inc

The clouds are a height field created from a simple noise function with the
height set to zero for the sky behind the clouds. The color uses the same
function with a color map to create the 'sunset' color gradients.
  (see bk01s.inc)

The ground is created in much the same manner with a different color map
and a height function that applys a different scaling factor to represent
water, sand, grassland, etc. (see bk01g.inc)

Foreground: Flying Lizard woman - created using MeshMaker v0.0.1alpha
  files included: (bm01.pi, bm01.tex, *.inc, *.raw )

All of the body parts were designed with MeshMaker and rendered with Polyray
as .RAW objects. The program allows you to define limbs, joints, heads,
wings, etc. and then attach muscles, ligaments, etc. The Lizard Woman is the
first model I have completed to show what can be done.

In fact, although so far I have been concentrating on making a 'creature'
as an example, the program can as easily create veined leaves and trees,
futuristic vehicles, or common oddly shaped household items. Basically
anything that bulges or has an organic appearance to it.

I hope to release MeshMaker as a shareware product in the near future,
depending on when I can find time to finish it, and if there is any
real interest. If you wish additional information, please feel free to email
me.
