IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

A pixel, one out of the 16'777'216 different ones (supported by the jpeg-format
which we have to use for our submissions).

Every computer made picture has something in common: It's a arragement of a lot
of pixels, pixels are the elements of it. So each of the submission to the IRTC
consists of the same thing, is just a arragement of these little points in rows
and columns, maximal 480'000 of them. And we human being feel able to judge
which arragement is better and which is not so good --.

Actually, the pixel shown is out of a picture, one brick out of a 8000x6000
sized one. It's the one out of row 5612 and column 3291.(For them who are
interested how the rest of it looks: I've inlcuded the povray source code of it
in the .zip file.)

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

I will not describe how I have made the big picture because that doesn't matter
- every picture consists out of pixels.

The final picture was rendered using the options:
 +w8000 +h6000 +SR5612 +ER5612 +SC3291 +EC3291 +A0.1

Well, some times ago there was a discussion at the IRTC mailing list whether a
400 of 800 picture should be able to receive the full number of points and
whether pictures smaller than 800x600 should be mark down because they don't
use the maximal possible size. So I think this one is a new challenge for the
voters. I hope they jugde the following way: Starting at the maximal points and
for each bad or wrong looking pixel they decrease the points...

I probably won't get the highest mark for artistic, but I may have the smallest
ever submitted picture.
