IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
On this vulcanic world, the creatures propagate by
throwing their metallic spheres as far as they can. The spheres
then let loose small crawling face-like larvae which melt into
the ground and sprout new tentacled life-forms. The creatures live
on the sulphur in the atmosphere and may catch and eat any other
life-forms, using their image to mold their crawling larvae.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
    I used 4elements Earth tool
to create a landscape and to create the mask like larvae. I used
a photograph of my daughter as the basic grey-scale image map. She
doesn't look anything like the final mask. I used the free-form
modeler to create the tentacles which I combined together with one of
the masks to make the main creature. I added 3 fog forms between the
foreground rocks and the background mountains. I also added a red
halo around the sun source in 4elements Wind. I also added a blue
light source to give the blue more intensity and affect the red clouds.
