DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

The Saab parts are all csg with the exception of the steering wheel emblem.
This took the longest time, is not completly done and I will probably still
be working on it for several months yet.

The trees are random unions of SOR parts. The grass/dirt area is a set uo height

fields. Media for the early morning mist didn't work at all. ( or maybe it
would
have. I just did not have time to tolerate a rendering time of about 1 line per
hr.)
I used fog instead.

I haven't entered this competition since sometime last fall, right before my 166

developed this strange hole in the motherboard and kept crashing alot.
I finally get a new machine built - 450 p2 with 384 meg memory (obsolete already
)
and I figure for once I going to get the pics almost rendered before I think
them up.
Quess again.
With the old "slow" 166 I was used to a render time of 2-3 days for the final
on
detailed pictures and around 24 hrs on a "normal" picture.
The first "final" I tried on this machine did 8 lines in 12 hr. and I was not
happy.
The second attempt using the fog was much faster almost verging on impressive
but
I actually wanted to see the headlights disapearing into the mist which does not

happen with the fog command.
