IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

A bag lady counting her blessings beside her sister's store.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

This is my Fourth entry. This is the first time I've enter two pictures
for one subject. They're completely diffrent. The first one was made before
my upgrade. This one was made after, while the trill of the new speed was still
on. So, please don't judge me to harshly.
I saw a (maybe) bag lady beside a bus station while I was running errands in
town.
The image stuck. I just had to render it.

SCENE :

The scene contains 794 objects, 8 spotlights and 1 point light soure.
I started with a solid brick wall with a ground plane. While I was setting up
the wall, I thought 'Where's the contrast?'. That's when I decide to make the
bus
station a jewelry store.

The Store:
I use most of the spots for the store. 6 for the displays and one for the front
door.
The bricks uses an image map.
The glass for the store is two boxes very close to each other one for
Reflection
and a gold tint, the other is for the image map.
The stuff in the display was made in another POV file with all the basic
settings
the same and using only the table tops to help place things.

The bag lady:
Was an astronaut I'd made a while back. I modifed her and posed her
in her own POV file. The 'coins' in her hand turn into cookies when the
antialising
got hold of them.
I gave her a spotlight so you could see her hands.

The junk around her:
The umbrella was made before I did the lady. At first it looked new then I
use
a layered texture to age it.
The boxes are a collection of POV boxes and triangle meshes. I use a spline for
the
string on the top box.The bottom Gray box has plastic tape on it that rendered
well.
But when I converted to JPEG it lost some of it's effect.
There are 2 blankets made out of triangle meshes.

Zip-File:

Sorry about the not having a ZIP file. I just have to many INC's and image
maps
to make a decent size ZIP.

Epilgue:

I had fun doing this. With my upgrade, I hope that there will be better
pictures.
At lease they'll render faster.

Feel free to E-mail me with any comments and or suggests.
