IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
The Altar of Pergamon (181-159 B.C.) is perhaps the best
preserved
sculptural ensemble of the Hellenistic period. Its construction began after the
victories
of Eumenes II against Pontus and Bithynia and after the establishment of the
Nikephoria
(Victory-Bringer) festival.
Only the front of the Altar is located in the citizen of Berlin_s Pergamon
Museum

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

I saw this altar in the museum, and me meant you must visualize that with POV.
This is my first step with Pov-Ray, i use POV since 6 month.
I know that the description file is not perfect, ( exactly the same as my
English. Sorry! )
but I have fun to it with this great program to operate, and I hope that it
better become.
