IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

At one of these ice carving contests, in some cold country,
the theme for the artists is... worship ! So, the artists
carved what they feel to fulfill the theme, except one who
seems to be slightly off-topic. But we are proven wrong,
as some dogs found their idol...

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

This is the result of a partnership, where ideas, concept,
and every element in the scene was discussed many times,
trying to get the best off two heads. We won't relate the
whole process, but, for example, the ice sculptures were
completely redesigned some days before the deadline, as
they went quite unharmonious with the other developpements
of the scene. That kind of move is a sign of fructuous
    collaboration.

    - All ice sculptures are blobs.
    - Ground is made of 2 internally generated height_fields,
one big with "ridgedmf" pattern, and one small (for the
mashed snow in the foreground) with a bump pattern. Their
texture is plain white, with bluish ambient value.
    - sky is a simple gradient-turbulence skyshpere
    - Tools are CSG
    - Carpet is a mesh generated by Christophe Bouffartigue's
Clothray patch. Its texture is uv-mapped imagemap, with
added angle-of-incidence pattern (new in MLPov)
    - Dogs are Poser3 models, with custom texture maps, except for
the large-tail dog, which is a 3DS model. The dogs also
      benefit from the aoi pattern.
    - snow is many many little media-filled spheres
