IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
It is a fish in a desert.
When I decided to send something to IRTC and saw the current topic, my first
idea was a
science fiction scene with floating ships moving across a desert landscape. Or a
shipwreck
in the desert, or something like that. To combine the desert with the sea and
being deserted.
But I didn't find the time, and all of my ideas seemd too time-consumig, so I
gave up
trying after a few days.
Then suddenly this idea came to my mind, and the fact that I was in the bath
seemd to suggest
that it was a good one :)

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

I modeled a fish in hamaPatch. The fishbowl and water are CSG. The palm is the
default palm tree of povTree with just a few hits on the randomize button. The
height field is
also just a simple default hf generated with planetGenesis.
The pigments and materials are also very simple. I tryed to use 'trace' to place
real scale
on the fish, but the result wasn't really more fish-like than this simple
pattern so I left
it out.

And I'd like to thank Alain and Warp for their answers to my dumb question on
news.povray.org.
