IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

A view of a street in Seoul. In South Korea, we can often see old buildings like
temples or palaces just close to high-tech buildings or skyscrapers, it's
really common and it's part of korean culture.
Both are so different but succeed very well cohabiting.

And just something else, the phone boxes look like 'out of place' (damn ! a
previous still topic). It's normal ... I tryed to render them as I saw them.

inspired from a Seoul street and a CheongJu street.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

Almost everything was made with POV-Ray.
I used Rhino3D to create the street lamps, and a piece of the temple's roof.
The trees are made with POVTree (-> http://www.txemijendrix.com/povtree.html).
The buildings and the temple are made in CSGs. The flags are meshes created
through mathematical functions.

for more informations ... look at the source code ...
The tree description file is not in the zip file, too big. To create it, use
POV-Tree and create a cherry tree without folliage nor roots. Call the object
'CHERRY' and call the file 'cherry.inc'.
